About returns
Henks offers a 10 Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason for the easiest way to process.
1. Can I return it?
We offer a return and exchange policy with a 10-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason.
If you meet the following conditions, please contact our after-sales customer service (support@henks.in)
We will reply to you within 2 working days.
Applicable occasions (to be satisfied at the same time):
1. Within 10 days after purchase
2. The product is not damaged
Once the returned item is returned to Henks warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
1. Returns must include all accessories
2. Items must include original packaging
3. If the product does not meet the above requirements, the return may be rejected.
Note:If the product is returned due to quality problems, the shipping fee will be borne by Henks.
If the return is due to the buyer's personal reasons, the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
2. Can I get a refund after returning it?
Yes, sure.
We accept product returns.
Customers have the right to request a return within 10 days of product delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please ask our customer service to ensure you send your package to the correct return address.

We will reply to you within 2 working days.
Once the returned item is returned to Henks warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
The return method is the same as your payment method.
It is recommended that you use a package channel with tracking, Henks will not be responsible for lost returns.
3. How do I return the item?
3.1 Please contact Henks Customer Support (support@henks.in) to initiate the return process.
Please explain the reason for the return and provide an email or screenshot to confirm the order number.
3.2 Henks Support will share the corresponding return address with you within 2 working days.
3.3 For timely processing of refunds, please be sure to send a return notice to Henks with the following information:
- Courier name
- Tracking number
3.4 All of these must be resolved within 10 days of purchase.
4. What is not covered under warranty?
4.1 Products without sufficient proof of purchase
4.2 Lost or Stolen Products
4.3 Items out of warranty
4.4 Non-quality related issues (10 days after purchase)
4.5 Free Products
4.6 Repair by third party
4.7 Damage from external sources
4.8 Damage caused by misuse of the product (including but not limited to: drops, extreme temperatures, water, improper handling of equipment)
5. Where is the return location?
After you confirm the return with our customer service staff, please send the goods to the return address provided by customer service.
*Note: Any return needs to be confirmed with our customer service (it is recommended that you send a package with tracking information, Henks will not be responsible for lost returns.)
6. How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
To begin the refund process, we need to inspect and confirm that the returned item is unused and meet the fourth point.
You may receive your payment within 30 business days for the original payment method.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you a receipt notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, processing time usually takes 3-5 business days.
7. Delivery issues.
7.1 Customer is wholly responsible for unsuccessful delivery due to the wrong address or delivery details.
7.2 If the shipping company sends to the wrong address, we will refund your amount or resend the package according to your choice.
7.3 Orders seized by customs shall be cleared by the buyer.
